Running a Full Site Scan costs exactly 1 token. The Basic plan includes 10 tokens per month, and you can purchase additional tokens for $5 each. The Growth plan includes 30 tokens per month, with additional tokens available at a discounted rate of $4 each.

Yes! Teams can have an unlimited number of users and you all share the same token pool. There are three user roles: Owners (who created the team), Admins (who can add and manage new team members), and standard Members. All three roles have the ability to run site scans.

Yes! Any unused tokens from your monthly allotment, as well as any additional tokens you purchase, automatically roll over to the next billing cycle. You never lose the tokens you have paid for.

When you sign up for the Basic or Growth plan, you gain immediate access to all features and your full monthly token allotment. Your credit card will not be charged until the 7th day. If you cancel before the trial ends from the General dashboard page, you will not be billed.

To maintain high data privacy, we do not store your scan history on our servers. Instead, once a scan is complete, you can easily export the results to JSON or CSV, or print the report directly to keep your own secure records.

If you are an Owner or an Admin, you can navigate to the Team page on your dashboard. From there, you can send email invitations to new members, remove existing members, or promote a Member to an Admin.

The Security page allows you to manage the safety of your account by updating your password. You can also delete your account from here as well.

The time it takes to complete a scan depends entirely on the size of the website. A small site with 10-20 pages can finish in less than a minutes, while massive enterprise sites with a thousand pages can take half an hour. You can track the progress of ongoing scans in your dashboard.
