3. Not Legal Advice (Critical Disclaimer)

Audti is an automated software tool designed to identify potential web accessibility issues based on established guidelines (such as WCAG). It is not a substitute for human accessibility testing or legal counsel.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The reports generated by Audti do not constitute legal advice.
  • No automated tool can detect 100% of accessibility barriers. A passing score or "clean" report from Audti does not guarantee that your website is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508, or any other applicable accessibility laws.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any legal claims, demand letters, lawsuits, or regulatory actions brought against you by third parties regarding the accessibility of your website.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon providing reasonable notice to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, scanning algorithms, and functionality, are owned by Audti and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all ownership rights to the websites you scan and the raw data contained within them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Audti expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Audti, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
